16.30 – 17.45: Latin Yoga Flow

Welcome to a joyful fusion of Latin dance and yoga, where we blend movement, breath, and rhythm to awaken the body and the soul! Learn the basic steps of Salsa and infuse them with playful yoga flows. Create a light and energizing choreography, inspired by Latin music. Whether you've never danced before or are simply looking to move with joy, this class is for you.All levels are welcome – come enjoy the rhythm, express yourself, and let the music move you!

18.00 – 19.15: Ashtanga

A very dynamic yoga practice that combines asanas with breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation. During the practice, synchronized breathing and Vinyasa-style movements are combined, linking each posture to the next within each of the eight steps involved. Furthermore, each posture is designed to follow a precise number of movements and breaths. The goal is to achieve greater synchronization.

A passive, meditative, and profound practice accompanied by the healing power of live music and mantras sung in a low voice, to ground you through listening and more easily surrender to the present moment, to open spaces in the body, soften, release, and renew your entire being.

Morocco Kingdom of light

A tribute to Morocco and its light. A light that has played a fundamental role as a source of inspiration for artists, such as Henri Matisse, who was captivated by the intense blue of Tangier. But it is also a light that has served as a source of movement and energy. A load of vitamins for those who visit Morocco, a light that has the power to inspire and energize.

7.00 – 8.15: Kundalini Yoga

In this Kundalini class we will perform a kriya that recalibrates our entire nervous system, activates blood circulation, balances both hemispheres of the brain, brings mental clarity and amplifies the aura. After the kriya, there is a long relaxation to integrate and an 11min meditation. What better way to start the day!

Chakra dance is a meditative practice that combines movement, breath, and awareness to harmonize the body's seven energy centers. Through fluid and rhythmic sequences, this dance unlocks and balances each chakra, from the root to the crown. By moving with intention, we awaken vital energy (kundalini), allowing it to flow freely through our bodies. In essence, chakra dance is a path to inner balance and awakening.

Acroyoga combines acrobatics with yoga techniques: asanas, breathing, concentration, and more. This fusion is what makes acroyoga meaningful. Practicing it provides multiple benefits, such as developing communication and relationships with oneself and others.

11.30 – 12.45: Qi Gong Yoga

Rooted in the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, this special Qi Gong & Yoga class invites you to align with the deep, introspective energy of Autumn. Flow through targeted yoga postures that open the chest, soften the fascia, and release built-up tension. Incorporate mudras, conscious breathing, and a short guided meditation to support inner balance and transition. A soothing practice to breathe deeply, release gently, and reconnect with your inner radiance.

13.00 – 14.15: Arm Balance Yoga

We'll work on postures and sequences to improve our flexibility, strength, and balance: 

Gentle, basic warm-up for the wrists and shoulders. We'll continue with core and arm activation. Inversions and balancing poses for arms and legs, always with a gradual and safe approach. We'll finish with a cool-down and final relaxation, achieving mental calm and body energy.

This is a meditation that will keep your mind constantly active, allowing you to achieve a high degree of relaxation and concentration. Deep breathing is used to balance the body's seven chakras. You'll also connect with your inner self, which will provide you with high doses of energy and vitality. The goal is to achieve inner peace, emotional well-being, and harmony while performing any type of exercise.

Circular Breathing (CBB) is a technique used in therapy as a means of accessing altered states of consciousness (ASC), with the goal of gaining awareness and integrating fragmented elements of the Body-Mind complex. This may include the possible emergence of repressed material. The purpose of Circular Breathing is to achieve greater self-understanding, expand self-identity, and facilitate access to the roots of emotional and psychosomatic problems.

17.30 – 18.45: Afro Yoga Roots

It's a conscious and expansive class in movement, the meeting of the elements (earth, fire, air, water, and ether) with your soul and inner power; it's the alignment of all your energy centers. It's the fusion of an ancestral technique and dance, AFRO, that connects us with our earth, our fire, our animal, and part of our most powerful being, along with the most loving discipline that embraces and aligns our body: YOGA.

7.00 – 8.15: The Art of Pranayama

Class in which we will work on different Pranayama techniques, both in movement and stillness, providing our mind and body with special energy to face the rest of the day with joy and serenity. Pranayama is practiced with the aim of controlling prana, or life force.

is a dynamic yoga practice that emphasizes the synchronization of breath with movements, creating a fluid and continuous sequence between asanas.In this dynamic practice, the movements are intertwined with each other so that the breath remains constant throughout. Heart Opening.Spine extension. This class will be focused on the fourth chakra, Anahata. The element is air, the heart and the lungs are the organs. We will practice a sequence that will strengthen the spine, help us free ourselves from fear and open our hearts to what live brings us.

A meditative experience where participants immerse themselves in sound vibrations to achieve a state of deep relaxation and well-being. In a sound bath, instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments are used to produce sounds and vibrations that induce a state of relaxation and meditation.
