Workshop with Carla Bliss

Vibration and sound are the medicine of the future. The best medicine is your voice; it is where your truth resides. Listening to it without fear is key to expressing yourself without shame and communicating your message to the world. We will experience an inward journey through the voice and the chanting of mantras. Bhakti Yoga is the devotional aspect of yoga in which, through chanting, we honor divinity and the aspects of humanity that each of them represents. In this Kirtan, we will blend mantras from different religions with traditional Andean medicine music.

18.00 – 19.15: Ashtanga

A very dynamic yoga practice that combines asanas with breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation. During the practice, synchronized breathing and Vinyasa-style movements are combined, linking each posture to the next within each of the eight steps involved. Furthermore, each posture is designed to follow a precise number of movements and breaths. The goal is to achieve greater synchronization.

A tribute to Morocco and its light. A light that has played a fundamental role as a source of inspiration for artists, such as Henri Matisse, who was captivated by the intense blue of Tangier. But it is also a light that has served as a source of movement and energy. A load of vitamins for those who visit Morocco, a light that has the power to inspire and energize.

We will practice Nabhi Kriya.Nabhi refers to the nerve plexus around the navel point. This set will get the abdominal area in shape and activate the power of the Third Chakra. Focusing on the development of your inner strenght and courage to live the life you deserve. It will increase your personal power, determination and light up the fire to be who you came to be. You will gain Self-love and doubt will disappear. A strong navel is the platform of an open & loving heart.

Chakra dance is a meditative practice that combines movement, breath, and awareness to harmonize the body's seven energy centers. Through fluid and rhythmic sequences, this dance unlocks and balances each chakra, from the root to the crown. By moving with intention, we awaken vital energy (kundalini), allowing it to flow freely through our bodies. In essence, chakra dance is a path to inner balance and awakening.

The Medicine Wheel is a magical circle that embraces everything in the world. As you travel around it, you will discover the secret to understanding yourself: who you are, what you know, and what you can achieve in your life. We often feel like we're missing something: the longing to be more grounded in nature and its elemental forces. Finding your place in the wheel can help you identify with powers you may have lost. When you are able to harmonize with the whole, then you are truly part of the whole. The Medicine Wheel integrates all aspects of life, including nature, spirit, mind, and body. The Medicine Wheel is not just a symbol, but a tool for living more consciously and connected to the world around us, following natural cycles and seeking balance in all areas of life.

Not all yoga happens on your mat. Some of the most difficult postures are practiced in your relationships. For example, knowing how to listen without interrupting, accepting that another person's opinions differ, or handling the awkward silence of someone who is crying is harder than doing a handstand. And it's also yoga.

Rooted in the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, this special Qi Gong & Yoga class invites you to align with the deep, introspective energy of Autumn. Incorporate mudras, conscious breathing, and a short guided meditation to support inner balance and transition. We'll work on postures and sequences to improve our flexibility, strength, and balance: 

Gentle, basic warm-up for the wrists and shoulders. We'll continue with core and arm activation. Inversions and balancing poses for arms and legs, always with a gradual and safe approach. We'll finish with a cool-down and final relaxation, achieving mental calm and body energy.

Circular Breathing (CBB) is a technique used in therapy as a means of accessing altered states of consciousness (ASC), with the goal of gaining awareness and integrating fragmented elements of the Body-Mind complex. This may include the possible emergence of repressed material. The purpose of Circular Breathing is to achieve greater self-understanding, expand self-identity, and facilitate access to the roots of emotional and psychosomatic problems.

"The Power of Conscious Sound." In this workshop, we will explore the mantra as an essential tool within the paths of yoga, from its philosophical meaning to its practical application. We will discuss the different types of mantras, including bija mantras and their relationship to the body, mind, and consciousness. We will also discuss the difference between saguna (divine form) and nirguna (transcendent) mantras, as well as the use of mudras to accompany the vibration of sound. This will be a theoretical and practical workshop, combining explanation, conscious chanting, and moments of contemplation so that each participant can experience the mantra as a direct experience, not just as knowledge. An invitation to discover how sound can be a true path to inner transformation.

It's a conscious and expansive class in movement, the meeting of the elements (earth, fire, air, water, and ether) with your soul and inner power; it's the alignment of all your energy centers. It's the fusion of an ancestral technique and dance, AFRO, that connects us with our earth, our fire, our animal, and part of our most powerful being, along with the most loving discipline that embraces and aligns our body: YOGA.

Class in which we will work on different Pranayama techniques, both in movement and stillness, providing our mind and body with special energy to face the rest of the day with joy and serenity. Pranayama is practiced with the aim of controlling prana, or life force.

Heart Opening. A dynamic yoga practice that emphasizes the synchronization of breath with movements, creating a fluid and continuous sequence between asanas.In this dynamic practice, the movements are intertwined with each other so that the breath remains constant throughout. Heart Opening.Spine extension. This class will be focused on the fourth chakra, Anahata. The element is air, the heart and the lungs are the organs. When the lungs and circulation are in excellent shape you feel energized and in control of your life.In this Kundalini class we will perform a kriya that rebuilds the lungs and improves circulation from the heart to the whole body. It resets our entire nervous system, activates blood circulation, balances both hemispheres of the brain, brings mental clarity and amplifies the aura.

What are past lives? How do they affect us in our current lives? What is the soul truly? Maria Bravo, Master of the Akashic Records, will give us a talk about what the soul is and how our past lives affect us. She will lead a channeled meditation to release obstacles and information from other lives and activate our light and connection with the unique essence that we are. Accompanied by singing, or what is known as "Light Language," she will open the doors to a greater connection with our soul through the vibration of the voice, to find peace, fulfillment, and complete connection.

A meditative experience where participants immerse themselves in sound vibrations to achieve a state of deep relaxation and well-being. In a sound bath, instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments are used to produce sounds and vibrations that induce a state of relaxation and meditation.
